**GWR Waste Management** is looking for a **Customer and Operations Administrator** to join our growing team in Keynsham, Bristol.

**Your Role**
As a Customer and Operations Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations and customer support. Your role will include:
**Administration**:
- Assisting with credit control and **debt collection processes.**:
- Processing customer orders with **accuracy and efficiency.**:
- Supporting **onboarding** processes for new clients.
- General accounts administration and **data management**.
- Handling customer accounts and ensuring all records are **well-organized** and up to date.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring data accuracy across systems and processes.
**What We’re Looking For**
- A proven background in **administration** and customer service (experience in waste management is a bonus but not essential).
- Experience with **credit control** and **operational** processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- A confident and **professional telephone manner.**:
- Proficiency in handling customer accounts and administrative systems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
