Job Opportunity: Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Urgent Care/Out-of-Hours

Our client, an award-winning provider of **OOH and Urgent Care Services**, delivers exceptional care across the **North of England** through **Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs)**, **Tele-Health Services**, and **Mobile Visiting Services**.

**Role Overview**

As an **Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)** in **Urgent Treatment Centres**, you will play a key role in enhancing the capacity and capability of **multi-professional teams**. This is a dynamic, patient-focused position involving the **assessment of health and clinical needs** for a diverse patient population.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **comprehensive consultations**, including taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and using advanced clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.
- Prescribe medications or refer to primary/secondary care specialists following local protocols and pathways.
- Provide **clinical mentorship and advice** to junior staff members, supporting their development.
- Work autonomously to manage urgent care cases in alignment with local and national guidelines.
