**About this role...**

We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Spa Team as Spa Guest Services

The successful applicant will be joining the high-performance team at **Y Spa** - a Five Bubble* luxury **Day Spa** within the Wyboston Lakes Resort -Bedfordshire. You make a difference to every guest and ensuring all our guests have a positive and memorable experience at the spa and return many times is a key part of the role.

The role covers 2 areas of the Spa front of house to enrich the days through variety and upskilling. It can include:

- Preparation for and a busy service of, drinks all day in the Bistro and pool side. Hosting and service of the Mezze platter lunch to our spa guests.
- Pool water tests, health and safety walk rounds, tours, clearing and organising towels and robes both clean and those needing laundering, day to day cleaning of changing rooms and thermal area.

**What we’re looking for in this role...**
- will need to be able to work weekends
- Emergency Pool rescue duties. (training provided, but will need to be able to swim)
- Working behind the bar, serving hot and cold beverages and food
- Ability to manoeuvre trollies full of towels and robes and lift in and out of delivery cages
- Great communication skills
- Working hours within 8.30 am - 6pm
- Able to work till 9.30pm on Thursdays
- The natural urge to be helpful and be genuinely friendly
- Someone who is reliable and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience within a customer facing role and able to multitask
- A smile Someone who likes people
- 5 bubble rating is given by the Good Spa Guide and is a nationally recognised grading system like the AA for hotels.
