We are excited to have the opportunity for someone to join our fantastic Guest Services Team at the Drift Inn. The expectations we have in relation to standards are high.

This is a maternity cover position. Your main focus will be to look after our guests and provide excellent customer service to them as well as the team that you lead. Your day will be varied, checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and be the face of the Drift Inn. Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience.

  • Excellent communications skills with both customers and team members
  • The natural urge to be helpful and genuinely friendly
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
  • Someone who embraces the Wyboston culture
  • Previous experience as a hotel receptionist/supervisor
