**About this role **

We are excited to have the opportunity to have someone to join our fantastic Guest Services Team as Guest Services at the Waterfront Hotel, Spa & Golf; a 103 bedroom 4 star hotel, with 1 AA rosette brasserie, spa and golf. The expectations we have in relation to standards are high.

Your main focus will be to look after our guests, provide excellent customer service to them as well as the team that you lead. Your day will be varied. Checking guests in and out, being the face of Wyboston Lakes Resort.

As a resort with three venues, there is lots of scope for progression within our hotel, as well as across other areas of the business.

**What we’re looking for **
- You We don’t want you to wear a mask, we want you to be yourself.
- The natural urge to be helpful and be genuinely friendly
- To be bold, but not reckless.
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist/supervisor.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week.
