Our digital function is constantly evolving, with our IT Operations team at the front line, responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure and software deployed to the business to ensure it stays at the forefront of legal tech innovation.

**About the role**

We’ve invested significantly in our systems infrastructure over the last 12 months and we’re looking for a passionate and effective facilitator to join the team as a Systems Trainer supporting our teams across the business in realising the full potential of our tech solutions.

This role will be responsible for the creation, co-ordination and delivery of training, curriculum and materials for all internal rradar systems to employees across the business.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead in the production and delivery of training materials and curriculum related to internal rradar systems using our documentation toolset
- Plan, prepare and deliver systems training on an individual and/or group basis
- Act as Subject Matter Expert relating to all software training matters as a resource for the wider business
- Assist in the production of user training and resource materials for rradar digital tools and services
- Assess IT skills training needs across the organisation

**You**

Essential Skills required:

- Understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience of facilitating and delivering training solutions

Desirable skills include:

- Knowledge of Salesforce platform

Above all else, we are looking for someone with a passion for educating others, with great communication and presentation skills, who will take ownership and actively seek/identify ways to improve the training they provide.
