**Regional Trainer**

**Days: Monday to Sunday (covering up to 5 days per week)**

**Role & Responsibilities**
As a Regional Trainer you will:

- Travel to different locations around the UK to provide the initial induction training for all new Health Care Assistants joining the business. This includes:

- Welcoming all new starters to the business and providing an overview of what we do
- IT set up
- Mandatory compliance training
- Full systems training
- Patient Interaction training
- Preparing the Health Care Assistant for their first day in clinic
- Providing online Induction sessions and systems training for clinicians, through Microsoft Teams
- Designing and preparing training material
- Keep up to date on any changes within the business as communicate these out to staff as needed
- Support the Corporate Trainer in designing, delivering and floor-walking for office-based members of staff where needed
- Support the HR and Recruitment team with phone screening, assessment centres and interviews for the wider business**:

- Please note that while training is usually delivered between Monday - Friday, some flexibility with days and hours of work is needed. Travel locations include: Stoke, Sheffield, Shrewsbury, Nottingham, Birmingham, Reading, Luton **

**Expectations**

Your training will involve a corporate induction on your first day and then shadowing an experienced team member, which will provide you with the skills and knowledge to be successful in the role. This training is a vital part to the start of your career with us, you will need to commit to full attendance during this time.
