Job Title: Operational Trainer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operational Trainer to join our Learning and Development Team. You will be responsible for supporting and developing teams in line with business goals and operational plans whilst promoting a developmental and performance led culture. Whether you are looking for your first training role or if you are an experienced trainer, we would like to hear from you.

**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and manuals that align with Student Roost's operational standards and seasonal cycle.
- Utilise a variety of training methods, including workshops, on-the-job training and e-learning, to accommodate different learning styles.
- Carry out engaging and interactive training sessions for new starters and existing team members.
- Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to ensure comprehensive understanding of our systems and operational needs
- Collaborate with the L&D Partner to collect and incorporate feedback, continuously improving training programmes and materials
- Work closely with other departments to identity training gaps and recommend effective solutions to improve operational efficiency and team member performance.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance, reporting these to the L&D Partner.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading new content, tracking user progress, and generating reports to ensure compliance and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and progress to management.
- Support our teams to ensure that all new starters have the Best Start Ever at Student Roost.

- Bring experience in the PBSA sector.
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Possess exceptional organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Understand learning styles and effectively collaborate with team members to ensure accessibility to learning initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Have knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour during training sessions.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of operational systems, including but not limited to: KX, Mpro5, Parcel Tracker, and HubSpot.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, promoting continuous improvement in training initiatives.
