**About the role**

As a London Eye **Assistant,** you will support and engage with customers, offering an outstanding experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Dependent on the department you could find yourself working on the tills, checkingtickets, selling goodies at our various retail outlets, or even helping people on and off the London Eye.

Whatever the role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction. You will have strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, plenty of passion and energy, and be a reliableteammate.

We are looking for:
Part time permanent - up to 3 shifts a week (mainly weekends)

Full time permanent - 5 shifts a week (including 2 out of 3 weekends)

All that we ask is that you have a flexible approach to working hours as shifts will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and all school holidays.

**We will be holding a number of assessment centres week commencing 22nd August, and if successful you will receive an invite for one on these on Friday 19th August.**

**About you**

To really thrive here,
- You’ll have a confident personality with the willingness to approach guests and deliver world class memorable experiences every day
- You’ll have experience of working in a pressurised environment within the hospitality industry or similar
- Up selling experience would be handy for our Admissions and Retail roles, but don’t worry, full training will be provided
- You’ll display a willingness to work together but also independently when required

**Please note that we can only offer employment for these roles to those aged 18 and over**
