**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in the implementation of the employee wellbeing programme
- Manage absence cases and provide support to Managers and employees
- Collate information for reports
- Assist managers on ad-hoc projects they are working on

**Experience needed**
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent) is essential
- Experience of dealing with absence management cases
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised with the ability to deal with changing priorities
