Payroll Advisor (Hybrid-Working)

£25,000-£35,000
Butler Rose are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing company on their search for a Senior Credit Controller. You will be joining a buzzing office of finance professionals and will assist with achieving departmental and company goals.
This role offers hybrid working, allowing 2 days at home and 3 in the office. This role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch).

**Responsibilities**:
Manage 3 monthly payrolls
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll updates including new starters, leavers, and changes to remuneration.
Input and process all temporary monthly payroll data including overtime, bonuses, and absence payments.
Manage the company pension and benefits schemes
Year-end processing which will include all P60's, benefit statements and P11d's.
Running monthly reports for Finance
Compliance with the HMRC, including RTI submissions and IR35.
Other employee benefits
**Requirements**:
2-3 years Payroll experience, working in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships and liaise with all levels across the business
