Are you an experienced HR professional who is looking for their next challenge? Do you want to join fantastic, established team as they add an additional HR advisor to cover a period of maternity leave, overlapped with an extended handover before and afterwith the postholder?

You probably haven’t heard of this business, but there’s a good chance you’ve eaten a product they’ve made. That’s because they make batters, seasonings and coatings for a number of supermarket staples (think fish fingers and chicken goujons).

**So what’s the role?**

As a HR advisor you will enjoy a varied workload, supporting all aspects of HR across the business. Managers will turn to you for issues regarding performance, disciplinary, recruitment, absence and conflict management.

As a senior person within the team you will also support the HR Admin team with sign off for recruitment processes, offer and payroll information.

You’ll need to be an experienced HR generalist, ready to get involved with day to day operations and potentially some project led HR work too.

Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing business before, but it’s not essential. Experience of multi site businesses with more than 150 employees would also be useful.
