Are you an experienced, passionate AML professional with strong experience conducting Onsite reviews or Financial Crime Audits on regulated Financial Institutions and PSPs? **Key Responsibilities**
- Review and analyse AML policy and procedures of clients
- Lead collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure an informed visit to the client
- Demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge across jurisdictions of our client base
- Strong understanding of correspondent banking, payment flows and solutions to ensure risks and required mitigants are understood
- Produce high standard onsite reports in a timely manner following the onsite visit
- Present findings to senior management/onboarding committee
- Ability to lead the team in absence of the head of team

**Skills & Qualifications**

You are pragmatic and have an ability to review AML policies and procedures to identify gaps and recommendations, you have strong analytic skills and have critical thinking. Also, you need to have Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint skills and it is desirableif you have experience with Cryptocurrency and P2P sectors is an advantage. Furthermore, it is also an advantage if you have an AML certification.

You are highly organized and proactive with strong communication and engagement skills, you can work as part of a team and independently and you should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
