**Finance Manager Required for a School in Bromley**

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Finance Manager to work full-time at a fantastic school in Bromley.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality finance staff to work with these schools.

**About the role**:
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 36 hours per week. As the school finance manager, you will be working as part of and managing a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the financial services across theschool. The finance manager’s duties can include:

- Manage the preparation of the Financial Statements and the subsequent audit process through to satisfactory completion of the annual audit
- Supporting the CFO in providing accurate and timely information and reporting for the schools they are responsible for.
- Provision of financial information and advice to the Head Teacher at each of the academy’s schools.
- Remain fully appraised of all financial rules and regulations that govern to ensure the School remains compliant with regulation and reporting requirements
- Ensure all financial controls across the School are in place and work effectively and efficiently
- Be the lead for all audit work and liaise with external auditors and staff on all relevant matters

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- FCA/ ACA Qualification
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
- Experience utilising PS Financials within a finance role.
- Knowledge and experience of account procedures.
- High levels of computer literacy including Excel.
