**Office Administrator - remote, ideally North of England**
Exciting opportunity to join a specialist copyright and data protection consultancy serving the charity, cultural, heritage, private, information management and education sectors.
This role would suit someone with experience in the **libraries and information** sector such as a Libraries Administrator.
Our client is a well-regarded consultancy serving a prestigious range of clients across multiple sectors. The firm is a values-based organisation with a collaborative culture centered around a team of experts passionate about delivering excellent results for clients.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Arrange and book travel, staff meetings and events
- Manage the administration of training and workshops delivered to clients
- Manage the events programme through Eventbrite, liaising with trainers and delegates as appropriate
- Update website pages and blogs within WordPress (content provided by expert colleagues)
- Efficiently manage files and folders on SharePoint
- Keep the organization’s social media up to date
- Liaise with external suppliers of technology and printing
- Basic bookkeeping such as raising invoices and reconciling payments within XERO
- Other project-based admin tasks as required
**In order to be suitable you will have experience of**:
- Excellent administration experience
- Liaising with suppliers
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office programmes such as Word and Excel
- Basic web and or intranet editing of pages in WordPress, SharePoint or similar platforms; experience administering events on Eventbrite (or similar platform)
- Minimum of three years in a similar role
**Desirable**:
- Experience with raising invoices and basic bookkeeping
- Understanding of copyright and/or data protection
