A growing reputation has generated a wealth of new projects, including major new-build and refurbishment housing schemes. As part of a strategic expansion, we are urgently looking to appoint a Clerk of Works - ideally MICWCI qualified.

**What will I be doing?**:
You will play a vital role in project delivery, undertaking inspections of building works on new build construction projects or refurbishment projects with responsibilities spanning:
- Ensuring compliance with architectural drawings
- Carrying out inspections, snagging and quality checks
- Liaising with Building Contractors
- Creating reports for Contract Administrators, Employers Agents, and Project Managers
- Verifying compliance with specifications, client requirements, and warranty standards
**What do I need to apply?**:
- You will be a experienced Clerk of Works with full MICWCI or MCIOB membership
- A good knowledge of current Building Regulations and Warranty provider standards etc.
- A thorough reporting process and natural ability to escalate potential issues at the appropriate time.
- It is also highly desirable to have some experience in passive fire safety/cladding projects - in particular new build high rise developments.
