**Planner/Administration Assistant - Permanent Full Time**

Applicants must have experience in the use of PeoplePlanner Electronic Staff Rostering System, and Mobizio Client Care Management System

There will be a need to have a good understanding of IT systems.

This role is to assist with maintaining our high levels of excellent service to our clients and to our company team members.

**Hours Specifications**

**40 hours per week, full time**

**30 hours per week, part time**

(Mixture of both week and weekends)

**Qualification Requirements**

Minimum Requirements GCSEs, including Maths and English at level C+.

**Essential**
- Producing documents and reports proficient in Microsoft Office
- Using office equipment
- Full UK Driving Licence and own Vehicle

There will be a requirement to carry out a keyboard and telephone skills test at interview

There will be a requirement to undergo an enhanced (DBS) Disclosure.
