Permanent Full-Time Position, 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday (with a requirement for overtime working as and when required), 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Company Events, Training and Progression Opportunities

Salary - dependant on experience

ACS offer independent professional materials testing and consultancy services generally aimed at the Construction and Environmental sectors. Our seamless all-in-one service includes physical and chemical laboratory testing, site investigation and testing, and geoscience and materials management consultancy. We test a wide range of materials, including natural and recycled aggregates, bituminous materials, fresh and hardened concrete, soils, and ground/surface waters.

**Accounts Administrator - **We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to work alongside our Accounts team and join a friendly, expanding company based along the Southwest coast.

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be:

- Processing supplier invoices and dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier account payments and reconciliations
- Raising sales invoices
- Bank account postings and reconciliations
- Daily and monthly petty cash
- Processing of employee expenses and credit card expenditure

**Requirements**:

- A positive can-do attitude and a team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT (particularly Excel), numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Experience in a similar accounts / finance / office role is preferred but not essential
