Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in the retail industry, is offering an outstanding employment opportunity to work within their business. The client, who are a large and dynamic company, continue to enjoy sustained growth. As a result of recent growth, we are now embarking on an important recruitment exercise for our client.

Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for managing the online content. Producing site content to help maximise the potential of our multi-channel campaigns, implementing recommended tactics to drive sales, AOV and Conversion.

We’re looking for someone with attention to detail and a high standard of numeracy and accuracy. Confident using Excel you’re the kind of person who’s motivated in a targeted and deadline driven environment. Must be highly organised and able to build strong working relationships with all relevant departments throughout the business and with partner web teams.

You’ll have a keen interest in ecommerce retailing and digital marketing. With excellent interpersonal skills, you’re a real team player who prides themselves on their communication skills.

Responsibilities/Objectives for Ecommerce Co-Ordinator:
Administration
- To competently plan and organise workload to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately, on time and allow for completion of ad hoc analysis as required
- Takes responsibility to proactively communicate to management any identified issues so that so that resolutions can be prompt, to achieve the required deadlines or critical dates.
- Assist in producing weekly and daily reports and responsible for distributing to the wider business as required
- Takes ownership to ensure all documentation and systems are maintained and kept accurately up to date with the required information.
- Deal with various ad hoc administrative duties as required - e.g. sample requests, stock transfers
- Responsible for completing and sending enrichment data for partner/concession websites, ensuring accuracy and any required partner/concession guidelines and processes are correctly followed and adhered to.

Systems management
- Develop knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and processes and possess effective skills within Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Work with the Merchandiser to drive sales by identifying and auctioning relevant product cross and up-sells.
- Work with Merchandiser to ensure all pages/categories are visually merchandised to optimise relevance and sales opportunities, using VM tool.
- Supports Online Operations and Merchandising in stock control, setting up of categories as required and ensuring all descriptions and copy are set up to optimise SEO and sales.

Intake management & Supply Chain Management
- Works closely with Merchandising to ensure that product is correctly, listed and available to sell online at the earliest opportunity, providing timely communication of any changes/issues to team.
- Work closely with external trading partners as required to ensure accurate stock packages are reflected on their platforms
- Proactively participates in the critical path management with the team by utilising knowledge of order status to identify any issues and opportunities.
- Works closely with warehouse colleagues and develop robust knowledge of the product flow path from intake through to in stock
- Manage sample collation from Buying and Merchandising teams and warehouse and ensure relevant documentation is updated to monitor samples received, returned and shot
- Works closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to plan photography schedule
- Works closely with both internal and external studios to ensure all imagery and is shot and received back in a timely manner and samples are accurately tracked in and out of the business.

Trading & Commercial Awareness
- Daily sales reporting to the Online teams and wider business
- Regular analysis of sales, using relevant reporting tools and suggest improvements to category layout and product order on web pages to optimise sales.
- Regular input into the online planning process including homepage/landing page changes where appropriate, to drive and maximise sales accordingly.
- Ensure that all products are live with relevant and accurate copy at the earliest opportunity
- Investigates and takes ownership of any related issues to ensure they are resolved without delay, whilst keeping the rest of the team informed
- Able to demonstrate understanding of the customer profile by carrying out regular online competitor analysis and communicating feedback in the appropriate way back to the team.
