Monitor and recommend improvements to enhance the overall Western Union value proposition. Conduct competitive and comparative analysis to inform product direction and feature prioritisation. May lead and manage aspects of the product P & L. Develop product strategy and manage product offerings, including value proposition, features, pricing, and distribution across all channels. Support Western Union's long‑term product vision through the initiation and execution of new product initiatives. Identify new business opportunities (products, services, upsells, etc.). Qualifications University degree, plus 7+ years of related product management experience (MBA preferred). Experience analysing market data, industry trends, and customer insights. Strong ability to develop business cases and evaluate revenue opportunities. Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, marketing, operations, systems, and product teams. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support product strategy and execution.
