Denholm are delighted to be working with our financial services client on a 3 x great opportunities for Senior Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis. These are remote working roles with the need to be onsite on a business needs basis (1-2 daysper month).
As a Senior Project Manager you will lead project activity across the lifecycle of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of the businesses transformational change demands.

**Accountabilities**:
Deliver Change Successfully
- Lead the project team
- Deliver Projects
- Manage Project Risk / Issues
- Manage Stakeholders
- Dependency Management
- Governance Reporting

Develop Project Management Capability
- Assist the Project Portfolio Managers to develop the capability of the Project Management team. This includes providing regular coaching and support, identifying and supporting with the fulfilment of training needs and continually improve standards

Manage Project Spend
- Ensure individual project costs are accurate, refined throughout the project lifecycle and trackers are produced on time
- Ensure that all project costs are managed within agreed budgets.
- Identify opportunities to maximise value delivered
- Strong previous experience of delivering complex Change Programmes/Projects using agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Extensive Financial Services Experience (preferred).
- A proven track record of delivering in a range of complex IT Change, Regulatory and Business Change projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- A strong drive to deliver change; a pro-active, pragmatic and dynamic approach to work.
- Resilience and the ability to work effectively under challenge.
- Creative problem solving abilities.
- Strategic & commercial awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate business and technical requirements between stakeholders.
- Any experience of any of the following would be highly desirable; payments, cards, material outsourcing, future workplace / future networks, regulatory (financial services) or Information Security
