Quest Search & Selection are currently working with this eCommerce business. As the Head of Digital, you will focus on developing and executing a digital strategy as part of the company’s overall trading and marketing plans.

Reporting directly to the Group Digital Director, the aim of this role is to grow online traffic and drives sales as well as being responsible for the online journey and experience of the customers from acquisition to conversion and retention.

**Roles and Responsibilities as Head of Digital**:

- Full accountable of the P&L and trading of the site, looking to increase conversion and and site visits and making customers long term & repeat customers.
- Lead a team with both eCommerce Trading and Digital Marketing reports
- You will be data driven and use this to optimise website performance and ultimately increase conversions by continuously evaluating and analysing buyers’ shopping habits.
- Develop and implement the customer acquisition and retention strategy through PPC campaigns, SEO, CRM and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with third-party entities such as digital agencies and software vendors and data tools to enhance channels,
- In-depth understanding of SEO ranking factors and proficiency in utilizing Google Ads tools.
- Familiarity with conducting AB testing & optimisation tool.

**Key Requirements for this Head of Digital**:

- Having 7 + years of digital experience, successfully developing online capabilities and eCommerce strategy for the store.
- Have looked after or had exposure of leading both eCommerce & Digital teams
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge in SEM, CMS, and CRM management and have worked with Google Analytics and other analytic and data tools
- You must have experience with an eCommerce or retail background
- Commercially aware Leader who is curious & excited about using analytics and a range of data sources to identify opportunities to improve the website for all users
- User-centric; always putting yourself in the shoes of different buyers
- Prior experience of Shopify is desirable
- Enjoys working in a small, cross-functional team with diverse skillsets
