**Fundraising Administrator - Belfast**
Fixed Term - 1 year, possible extension dependent on funding

£19,874.40 per annum

Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Depaul is a cross border charity supporting some of the most marginalised individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness.

This role will be reporting into the Fundraising & Communications Executive and will provide excellent donor care and to support the administrative needs of the fundraising department, including individual giving campaigns, corporate and grants and trusts.

**You'll be**
- Processing and tracking of individual donation.
- Preparing and submitting our Direct Debit file on a monthly basis
- Updating and maintaining our database in line with GDPR.
- General fundraising administration tasks as they arise for the department.

**We're looking for someone who has**
- Minimum of two years’ administrative experience, ideally in the charity sector working in a fundraising department.
- Excellent Excel and Word skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to balance multiple competing work demands, working to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
