We are recruiting for SSAS administrators to join our Wealth Management teams on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is a hybrid role, the successful applicant will benefit from the flexibility of remote working with occasional travel to our Belfast office.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to your Section Manager the successful applicants will be responsible for and administering a portfolio of SSAS and SIPP clients, dealing with all aspects of client affairs, within agreed procedures and regulations.

You will work alongside a team of Client Relationship Managers, assisting the Mattioli Woods advisers and external IFAs and introducers in the proactive management of our client’s financial affairs.

Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external contacts
- planning, organising and prioritising workload within agreed service standards
- proactively supporting colleagues, clients, and financial advisers/introducers in a prompt and efficient manner
- work closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients’ needs are met
- work closely with colleagues in the team and make an active contribution to the section/business unit
- attend training sessions, maintain own training files, and develop relevant knowledge and skills

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- at least 2 years’ experience in a similar/administrative role (preferably in a professional services environment e.g. financial services, banking or legal)
- understanding of financial services and SSAS/SIPP pension schemes
- excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- ability to proactively manage client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner
- excellent interpersonal skills and clear/precise communication skills, both verbally and in writing, at all levels
