Administration Assistant (Marketing Department) - Belfast - Immediate start
- Location: Belfast (Remote working available after training)
- Duration: 18 months initially with possibility of extension
- Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
- Rate of pay: £14

You will provide a range of administrative support functions within the marketing services department to include:

- Accurate and timely maintenance of spreadsheets and market systems.
- General administrative duties. e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing, input/update records, preparing letters/memos/reports etc.
- Investigate and resolve queries from suppliers, customers and other stakeholders
- Assist with the investigation, specification, implementation and testing of systems and processes.
- Collate, validate and analyse data
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and colleagues within the wider business

Criteria:

- GCSE passes at Grade C (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English Language OR a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a clerical / administrative role
- A high level of IT competence in Microsoft Office (in particular Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Strong communication sills both verbal and written.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail / accuracy.
- A current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
