To assist with the commercial aspects and administration of works carried out by the project and assist in the claim of all owed monies from completed works.

**Specific Duties**
- General Support Administration as requested by Quantity Surveyor
- Create and maintain files - electronic and hard copy
- Update of internal trackers and schedules daily
- Update of Business Central, the internal finance and commercial system daily
- Request receipting for agreed purchase orders from clients
- Raise invoices on client online portals
- Review invoice queries
- Produce reports as requested by the Quantity Surveyor including raised invoices and forecast sales
- Report on and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs
- Ensure procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times
- Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect
- Any other duties as assigned
