About the Role:
Administrator - Working at Height Team
- Role Overview:_
As part of the Working at Height team, the Administrator will play a key role in ensuring all scaffold records are accurately maintained in line with health and safety compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Keeping scaffold records up to date
- Updating subcontractor costs and processing payments
- Distributing work to Working at Height Inspectors
- Providing reception cover as required (a shared responsibility within the team)
Key Criteria:
- Good level of verbal and written communication
- IT literate - strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines
- Previous experience in Administration or customer service would be ideal
- Experience managing high-volume workloads with quick turnarounds
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A flexible, team-oriented approach
