As our Stock Controller and Office Assistant, you will manage our orders and stock inventory, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues who share your passion for gadgets and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Inspect products for quality before they are put into storage
- Receive new deliveries and enter them into the system
- Identify items that need to be replenished and inform the sales team as needed
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any order fulfillment issues
- Ensure that all fulfillment-related processes are documented and up-to-date
- Assist with packing orders during peak periods as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Coordinator, Fulfillment Coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Desire to learn and grow within the company

- Great working hours: Monday: 9AM - 6.00PM, Tuesday - Friday: 10AM - 6.00PM, Every other Saturday 10AM-12PM (twice a month)
- 28 days (including bank holidays) of paid annual leave
