We are currently seeking a Stock Controller and component/ order picker to join our team in West Brom. As a Stock Controller you will be responsible for maintaining the stock integrity within the warehouse. With an eye for detail and excellent investigative skills you will already have stock control experience.

**Job responsibilities of a Stock Controller include**:

- Using SAP system, processing Goods in and out
- Using SAP, process goods transfer for moving and tracking goods various locations including external sub-contract processes
- Maintaining excellent stock accuracy ensuring all stock discrepancies are fully investigated.
- Ensuring the shop floor is clear, stock items are tidied away and non-stock items are scrapped or organised
- Ensure all core stock items have dedicated locations
- Monitor minimum stock quantity levels and report any shortages
- Investigate any missing stock.
- Loading/ Unloading good vehicles and managing appropriate paperwork
- Picking correct components in line with picking lists and deliver to the correct location internally for processing, including:

- fabrication benches for manufacture,
- Machinery for component processing
- Sheet stock to laser cutting/ Guillotine

**Qualifications**:
As a Stock Controller you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Flexible approach to working - hands on and supporting colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse operations - goods in, picking, despatch.
- Understanding of stock control processes and procedures.
