**Assistant Stock Controller - Annabel’s**

We are looking for an experienced **Assistant Stock Controller **to join the team of our stunning private members’ club - **Annabel’s**, 46 Berkeley Square, part of **The Birley Clubs.**

**Annabel’s **at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As **Assistant Stock Controller **you will be based at the Club and working closely with the Stock Controller in regards to all the consumables, including glassware, crockery and stationery. You will help to complete monthly stock takes ensuring all stock rooms are maintained and kept in order in relation to the expectations of management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory database.
- Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the ordering and delivery of stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Assist in implementing and improving stock control procedures and policies.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Oversee and help Goods Receiving Team in daily duties.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Team to organize and optimize storage space.
- Assist in analysing sales and demand patterns to forecast future stock requirements.
- Support in the implementation and utilization of stock control software or systems.
- Other ad hoc tasks
- Proven experience in a similar stock control or inventory assistant role.
- Knowledge of stock control best practices and inventory management techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
