The Technical Publications Administrator is responsible to the Global Technical Publications Lead for assisting with the management and distribution of all publications and related updates. They should be familiar with all aspects of Technical Publications in order to maintain continuity in the Supervisor’s absence.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Activity
- Following all departmental procedures to ensure a complete, current, and accurate technical library is maintained for use by Company personnel;
- Assisting in evaluating the requirements for technical and flight publications and subscriptions against the Company’s fleet;
- Assisting the Global Technical Publications Lead with tracking Navigation and EGPWS database revisions and ensuring they are updated and released in a timely manner;
- Assisting in the regularly scheduled audits of all technical publications to verify currency;
- Assisting the Global Technical Publications Lead with adding and removing users from EMan, as well as providing support as necessary to the end users;
- Assisting the Global Technical Publications Lead with uploading documents to all relevant platforms for EFB use;
- Working with the Avionics Department in updating and maintaining databases and subscriptions relevant to SkyConnect;
- Providing reports and KPI’s as they relate to each department concerning the Company Read & Sign performance, as requested by department managers; and,
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Global Technical Publications Lead.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: (minimum education requirements, key skills and experience)

**Qualifications**:

- Higher grades in English/Maths or equivalent experience in Technical Publications.

Experience
- Previous experience with Technical Publications or publication management desirable.
- Previous administrative experience desirable.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Previous experience with Adobe products.

- Must be Self-Motivated/Self Starter;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong Communication skills required;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Must possess the ability to manage priorities and focus on the key issues;
- Good interpersonal skills, approachable to both internal and external staff members;
- Good communication skills both written and verbal; and
- Motivated to provide a high standard of work.
