HR Administrative Assistant

As part of directorate-wide workforce transformation, we are looking to introduce new roles into our HR Services team. We are seeking a highly organised administrative assistant with excellent clerical skillsto support in the provision of a professional, comprehensive and pro-active HR service.
To assist in all aspects of HR administration to ensure an efficient, high quality service is provided at all times.
To answer the telephones and deal with enquiries. Deal with basic enquiries about HR matters from managers, employees and the general public.
To undertake general clerical duties including photocopying and filing.
May be required to assist in the filing of information on electronic personal files.
