**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To provide general office duties within the main office including but not limited to:
handling telephone calls, ordering, filing, maintaining employee files, updating databases, ensuring office supplies are available, administering employee rewards scheme.
Assisting with recruitment of casual colleagues
Maintaining HR records and systems; MyHR and SAP, with amendments
Liasing with all departments within the bakery and external contacts in a professional manner whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
To provide holiday and sickness cover for Time & Attendance Administrator; ensuring up to 550 weekly payroll colleagues are paid accurately in line with business requirements.

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES
Previous administrative experience is essential.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft office.
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Disciplined approach towards your work.
Ability to work on own initiative, to tight deadlines adapting to change as required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous knowledge of SAP or other HR software system desirable.
