As a customer sales advisor you will be responsible for managing the needs of our existing customers to a high level to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction whilst improving the SupaLite brand across our product portfolio.

Your attention to detail, knowledge of our products, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Regular communication with existing customers via both verbal and electronic communications.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Increase product knowledge
- Monitoring customer sales and trends & action accordingly
- Building rapport with customers is key

**Experience**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a sales-driven individual
- Have previous sales experience in similar roles
- Applicable technical knowledge or a fitting/construction background
- Experience of customer service
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Good computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of roofing products and materials is a plus

Hours of work - 8:30am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
