**The Business**: Our client is a specialist management training agency based in South Oxfordshire who are looking for an individual to create outstanding e-learning solutions and support the digital evolution of the business and their deliverables.

**Hours**:Either 3 full days per week 9-5.30 or Full Time Monday to Friday 9-5.30 worked from home with monthly meetings to attend in person in Abingdon OX1.

**Location**:Based in or near South Oxfordshire.Work from anywhere, with availability to meet at least once a month, in person, in South Oxfordshire. Some travel required for client meetings, delivering training and events. So own transportrequired.

**The Job: **Developing creative digital learning products

Collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors, to identify clie nt needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions

Independently designing and developing learner-centered materials in multiple modalities, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, digital workspaces, job aids, e-learning, video, graphics, etc.

Identifying opportunities to enhance existing deliverables with the addition of digital learning materials e.g. video, eLearning

Working with creative software such as Adobe products

Providing graphics to support company marketing activities

Ensuring output is contemporary, engaging, interactive, and aligned with the company brand

Proofreading and quality checking materials, ensuring materials comply with accessibility guidelines
