The Head of Business Operations (HOBO) is a key role within the Regional Management Team (RMT) and is responsible for leading and managing comprehensive and efficient business operations across the region. More widely it oversees corporate business functions, acts as a bridge between various interdependent projects/workstreams to ensure that activities are planned, delivered and completed to enable the business function to implement agreed changes to realise the business benefit of outcomes.

Experience with workforce development and change management is an asset. We are embarking on a cultural change programme and demonstrable experience in such will also be considered an asset.

The HOBO works with the RMT in shaping and delivering the strategic aims of the Region and ensures that the business operations function is fit for purpose to enable successful delivery and adherence to agree national standards, practices and governance requirements. The post holder has leadership responsibility and overall accountability across the following areas: business administration, finance, HR procurement, health and safety, risk management, governance and resourcing.
