**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure resources are readily available.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to facilitate workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings by setting up rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £18,000.00-£28,511.44 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
