The main purpose of the role is to keep internal and external reception areas clean and tidy. There will also be some reactive cleaning of offices and workshops to a high standard including toilets, kitchenettes and any other areas as instructed by yourSupervisor.
**Main Duties**:
Litter picking and sweeping of entrance way and pathways.
Deep & spot cleaning of Main Reception area.
Liaising with internal & external customers.
The regular completion of quality audits and reports as per company specification.
Reviewing work schedules alongside your Cleaning Supervisor.
Be on hand throughout company events held within the area liaising with external visitors ensuring smooth running of the cleaning function.
**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
Previous experience in a cleaning environment.
Previous experience of managing a team and demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures, in relation to Health & Safety.
Good interpersonal skills
