**What To Expect**

This role exists to contribute to the definition and development of harmonised customer experiences for interior experiences and wellbeing within body engineering to inform the future Jaguar Land Rover products. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to activities to challenge the way we deliver features to our customers and identify future features that will aim to harmonise the different interior functions.

**What You Will Need**

Working cross-functionally as a part of an agile team you will actively support the definition of the wellbeing & interior experience features, working closely with other functions in body Engineering, programme, quality and customer insights teams to understand the needs of our customers and identify opportunities for us to address these. They will contribute to the definition of the future strategy of interior experiences. You will be expected to define customer requirements that address customer wants and needs and contribute to the modern luxury vision as well as combining business goals that will contribute to the creation of the future strategy of interior experiences and wellbeing.

**Knowledge, Skills And Experience**

Essential:

- Batchelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Computer Interaction, Product Design (with a focus on user interfaces), Psychology, Human Factors / Ergonomics.
- Appreciation and understanding of customer experience and have a customer-centred design mindset.
- Familiar with conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Ability to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to ensure business goals are considered alongside user needs.
