Hmi UI and UX

We are searching for skilled Engineers with experience in HMI UI and UX.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain 5-year HMI strategy & foster relevant new technologies to implementation, within agreed budget, timing.
- Support with defining targets for future models.
- Deliver the Programme quality, cost, function and timing requirements for the HMI features you are responsible for.
- Ensure that the systems meet the attribute targets (with suppliers), creating & managing recovery plans as required.
- Project manage the suppliers in order to ensure your deliverables are met
- Conduct whole vehicle testing for HMI features both within & outside of the UK with a focus on customer acceptance.
- Manage issues in the customer Concern management system.
- Work with a cross functional team to ensure that all stakeholders deliver the support required to deliver your systems on time and to budget.
- Create and maintain UX wireframes and State charts for Infotainment systems
- Develop Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi UX prototypes
- Lead user testing and expert analysis of UX concepts
- Conduct A-B testing to resolve UX HMI issues
- Define vehicle switch map definition on all infotainment projects
- Conduct customer clinics to define UX on current and future projects
- HMI UX definition
- HMI UX concept design
- UX prototyping

**Experience**:

- 5 to 10 years’ experience in HMI UX/UI.
- Proven record of delivering complex UX projects for multiple screens.
- Experience of working in UX/UI tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, Protopie etc
- Extensive knowledge of automotive life cycle development
- Supplier management experience
- Complete knowledge of Product Development cycle from concept to launch completion
- Excellent technical engineering background and a comprehensive knowledge of using calculation and analysis to drive design.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive quality tools and processes.
- Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing processes to create the components or systems.
