As a Renewables Administrator you will provide exceptional technical support to our organisation and customers, ensuring an enhanced industry reputation for all aspects of Drax Renewables products and services.

**About the Role**
As a key point of contact you should have an understanding of the Drax Renewables variety of products and services, and be able to confidently discuss and explain all aspects that make up a Renewable Power Purchase Agreement. This role involves identifying and resolving generator/customer issues, accurately updating customer account information, and ensuring generation customers are correctly registered.

Embracing a culture of compliance is essential to this role as you ensure your work is performed within industry regulations and in accordance with regulatory guidance. You will become an expert with an understanding the different metering requirements for renewable sites and liaise with external parties such as Ofgem, Elexon and other Suppliers to ensure renewable sites are registered correctly.

**About You**
You should have strong customer service and interpersonal skills which will allow you to quickly build a picture of customers’ circumstances and needs. Remaining professional and working with autonomy, you should be capable of managing your workload while working to tight deadlines and changing priorities. You’ll use your communication and influencing skills to create and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
