**Location**: Northampton

**Salary**: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance, bonus and benefits

**Summary**:
A leading regional property consultancy business with a long established reputation in the property industry are looking for a Property Manager to join their multi-disciplinary firm.

With a fantastic portfolio of clients across private investors, local authorities and property companies, there is a varied workload within their property management team. This role will be central to the delivery of outstanding property and asset managementacross client portfolios to help drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out all day to day and asset enhancement management initiatives.
- Responsible for all aspects of landlord and tenant communication.
- Seeking opportunities to maximise portfolio values through lease restructuring, lease renewals, surrenders and rent reviews.
- Rent & Service charge management, reconciliation and administration.
- Acting in liaison with other departments to mitigate against rental voids.

Key Skills/Experience:

- An established background in property management preferably in commercial property but consideration may also be given to experienced residential property managers.
- Organised, thorough and meticulous and comfortable building relationships with clients.
- Experience in rent / service charge administration.
- Preferably some experience in rent reviews and lease renewals.
