Here at GXO, we have the opportunity for Pensions Administrator to support our team in Northampton on a fixed-term period of 6 months.
Your principal focus will be on transactional activity within our payroll processing cycles in addition to providing administrative support to our wider pensions team. Whist this is a Monday to Friday working pattern, we are open to flexible working to fitaround you and would be happy to discuss this further.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum (pro rata). You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Support the day-to-day administration of our pension accounts, ensuring that they are effectively and efficiently delivered in line with agreed processes and timelines
- Process within the payroll system, joiner, contribution changes, opt in and opt out requests
- Resolve missing data queries from the providers
- Reconcile provider accounts to ensure that contributions have been allocated correctly and ensuring correction and opt out refunds are recovered in a timely manner
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Previous Administration experience - ideally within a payroll background
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong PC skills with good knowledge of creating and maintaining spreadsheets - you will need to use daily.
- A good level of numeracy and IT literacy including strong excel skills
