**The Opportunity**
Our client is based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne and is looking for a Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative who is flexible and self-motivated to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business. They trulyvalue the unique qualities that all employees bring to the organisation to grow and strengthen their team. Our client offers a highly competitive salary (dependent on experience) with an additional bonus of up to £19k, as well as a £2k relocation package.
**The Role**
This Sales Development Representative position is the first point of contact for customers. The team is comprised of tenacious, positive and hard-working individuals dedicated to outstanding achievement and success of themselves, the Sales team and the company.Our client is looking for someone passionate, creative, and wanting to build their sales career.
- Prospecting via the phone, internet and social media to collect leads and opportunities
- Creating a steady flow of outbound communications and following up on inbound leads to further their interest
- Working with Senior Sales Executives to create opportunities within your region
- Attending events and tradeshows
- Working with your team members to share feedback and best practices
- Building rapport with prospective customers and partners and moving the sales process forward
- Consistently achieving quota

**The Person**
Our client is looking for someone competitive, able to adapt to new situations and can contribute to the success of the team. Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Dutch
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, outbound calling or equivalent would be beneficial.
- The ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results
- Keen to learn and develop
- Ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, oral and social media skills
- Strong creative, multi-tasking, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Curious, positive and driven attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM or content management tracking systems would be beneficial.
