**The role**:
To work in a general role in this multi-functional team, primarily supporting delegated authority and conduct activities, by operating and improving on efficient processes to deliver a strong service to the business and our third parties

**Key accountabilities**:
**Strategy and Planning**
- All Delegated Authority (DAH) on-boarding, including the coordination of pre-inception due diligence, engagement with underwriters, claims managers, brokers, coverholders and other delegated authority holders, to ensure the efficient collation of key documents and the information required to ensure the timely completion of the questionnaire and sign-off process;
**Policy, Process and Procedures**
- Review of delegated authority contracts to ensure that appropriate terms are in place, working with Underwriters, Claims team, Brokers and Coverholders;
- To provide a focal contact point for DAs, Claims Managers and Underwriters regarding all queries and to liaise with the respective departments within Aspen;
**Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus**
- Day-to-day administrative support, ensuring ongoing DA service delivery, their compliance with service levels, the timely delivery and processing of bordereaux (Risk, Premium and Claims), the dissemination of performance & regulatory information, pertaining to claims service delivery and Conduct Risk compliance;
**Technical Performance**
- To assist the Conduct area in operating product oversight procedure for delegated authority business
- To provide advice technical advice to Underwriters and Brokers/Coverholders in relationship to Binding Authorities;
- To remain up to date with the binder approval process to ensure compliance with Aspen, Lloyd’s and FCA requirements relating to claims service and Conduct Risk;

**Skills & experience**:
**Knowledge And Experience**
- Familiarity with Lloyd’s market operations processes.
- How to work with a remote team.
- Coordination of reports for regular review by stakeholders.
- Progression towards ACII preferred, or a willingness to undertake professional study when in role.
- Understanding of business etiquette and London Insurance Market.
- Minimum 2+ years in the London Insurance Market in an operational, reporting or support role.
