Delegated Authority Audit Manager

Our client, a global insurer, is looking for a Delegated Authority Audit Manager to join their team due to ongoing and planned growth. This is a newly created position that will focus on structured reviews of MGA/TPA partners, including 3rd party auditsand on-site visits. As the Delegated Authority Audit Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's audit framework and managing a panel of 3rd party auditors.
The role will require regular communication with internal stakeholders and external parties such as MGA's and Auditors. Regular travel to European offices is also a requirement to support the company’s growth plans. To excel in this role, you should be adaptableand have strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a robust audit and governance framework for Delegated Underwriting & Delegated Claims business.
- Analysing trends identified through audits and reviews to generate monthly and quarterly reports on key risk areas
- Overseeing a panel of third-party auditors and maintaining related templates, such as Audit Scope and Underwriting and Claims Review Scopes
- Creating and maintaining a suite of templates including: Audit Scope, Underwriting and Claims Review Scopes
- Implementing Delegated Authority processes and procedures with a focus on Audit to support the broader Delegated Authority framework
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in a delegated audit oversight position and working with MGA's or TPA's. An additional language (French, Italian, Spanish, and/or German) is desirable but not essential.
Additionally, you should have the ability to build rapport and trust with internal stakeholders, existing and potential MGAs, and TPAs.
