Ramada Solihull is in the town centre and near the Touchwood shopping centre. The hotel grounds are home to one of the oldest bowling greens in the UK, having 146 bedrooms, 150+ car park, 100-seater restaurant and 6 Conference & Event rooms with a maximum capacity of 200.

As Guest Services Assistant you will be customer facing and a key part in the customer’s journey. Customer service must be the forefront of all that we do to ensure that our guests’ journey is an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. As part of the role, you will work on the Front desk but will not be limited to this department, you be required to work in the Food & Beverage areas, Reservations & Sales Office, Housekeeping or Conferencing. Daily tasks but not limited to
- Reception desk, check in, check out, telephone operator.
- Taking Reservations and general enquires
- Assisting the reservations department with daily tasks
- Daily Banking and credit card reconciliation
- Liaising with customer for sales show rounds, taking sales enquires

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience working with PMS /Opra would be an advantage
- Passionate about Customer Service and service recovery
- Be a good communicator at all levels.
- Professional, Friendly and an outgoing personality.
- Working with Opera PMS with be advantageous, but not essential.
