Inventive Search is currently looking to recruit for a Resource Coordinator to join a very well established and highly successful, innovative Technical Services business. This role will be a remote working position, however you will need to be commutableto London, should you need to attend any meetings on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Project Managers, Team Leads and Sales to find the right resourcing solution for the customers and company.
- A proactive approach in managing Technical Consultant schedules to ensure utilisation is high and bench time is limited.
- Co-ordination and allocation of resources to projects according to project plans, resource availability and skill set.
- Monitoring and management of shared mailbox.
- Escalation of resource constraints or skills shortfall to Resourcing Manage.
- Assisting with keeping an accurate and up to date skills matrix.
- Conducting and managing weekly PM resource meetings.
- Setting up new Projects and Customers on the Resourcing System.
- Ensuring correct Sales governance is followed and commercial coverage is in place.
- Assisting on checking and approving Time-sheets for all Professional Services resources.
- Administration of approved annual leave.
- Assist with month end reporting, this will include but not be limited to ensuring all bookings are correctly entered into Resourcing System.
- Support other areas of resourcing team and covering annual leave.
- Other administration duties as and when required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 year's experience within a Professional Services, project environment is preferable.
- Previous experience working in a resourcing role would be advantageous.
- Ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for attention to detail.
- Robust and clear approach - has the confidence to challenge, offer opinion and 'push back’ when required.
- Solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to priorities work.
- Demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving skills but knows when to escalate issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to effectively articulate an opinion and engage with both internal and external stakeholders through a variety of different mediums.
- Team player - someone who understands the importance of individual as well as team contribution.
