This role is perfectly suited to someone who has an interest in working within Recruitment and has a strong customer service or sales background, or is perhaps someone who has worked in recruitment before and is looking to work within an internal recruitmentrole.

This role is a very fast-paced and varied role, and so it is important that you are an adaptable and dynamic individual. The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Running and managing recruitment campaigns for various roles at all levels
- Overseeing psychometric testing for all applicants
- Working with department heads and hiring managers, supporting their recruitment requirements
