We have an exciting role available for a **Travel & Accommodation Coordinator, **working for a Global company based in the Scarborough area.

With an excellent salary of circa £28,000 with a generous bonus scheme and outstanding benefits such as 33 days holidays including bank holidays, enhanced pension contributions and BUPA healthcare.

Working in a busy office, you’ll assist with booking flights, transfers, hire cars and accommodation working closely with the HR function and Immigration Manager. You will be the go-to person regarding all travel and accommodation requirements.

Some of the Travel & Accommodation Coordinator duties will include:

- Covering accommodation requirements for international employees and visitors whilst in the UK
- Working closely with the accommodation lead, including attending weekly forecast meetings
- Booking international flights whilst being mindful of costs
- Be the account handler for corporate travel, taxi company and responsible for the reconciling of invoices in a timely manner
- Maintaining records of flights in and out of the UK
- Assist with the planning and organising of company events
- Some ad hoc weekend cover may be required

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch an excellent salary of circa £28,000.
